8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”). Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination thereof, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (“HKIAC”) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force at the time of submission of the Notice of Arbitration. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong, the number of arbitrators shall be one, and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

9. Amendments to the Terms

BBGTS.hk reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such modifications.
